Music, arrangements, synthesis, programming, artwork and liner notes — Cairn.

Notes
=====
Use `art/cover.png` as the cover. Attach `art/record-sleeve/rooms-for-unfinished-things-record-sleeve.pdf` as **Illustrated record sleeve**, with its format notes. The PDF contains four square illustrated pages; it is not sheet music or a printer-ready dieline. Keep the original cover and the illustrated sleeve as distinct assets.

The selection contains **34 files**: eight MP3 recordings, eight MIDI files, seven JSON score references, six original composition/production source files, the cover, liner notes, track list, illustrated PDF and sleeve format notes. Track 1 has its original combined score/synthesizer source instead of a separate JSON score. Its selected MP3 is the level-matched album edition, not the earlier standalone recording.

**WAV choice: omit**, including private preservation uploads. Stems, MusicXML and musical notation PDFs are absent. There are no lyrics on this record.

The MIDI preserves composed notes and tempo data, but a generic sound set will not reproduce the custom voices. Track 1 has its original single-track MIDI. The closer has a changing tempo, so one BPM value cannot describe its complete timing. The synthesis entrance offset is 120 ms. JSON scores for tracks 2–8 are inspection references; `source/scores.mjs` is the builder's source of truth.

Rebuilding requires Node.js, FFmpeg/FFprobe with libmp3lame and the selected source files in their original directory layout. Use a fresh output tree: the builder deliberately refuses to replace existing audio. The PDF can be read without installed fonts; its editable page SVGs and drawing program are outside this selection.

Download access is separate from reuse permission. No reuse license supplied. Original MP3s are available individually; the album ZIP contains canonical recordings and the selected supporting files. WAVs are omitted.
